Dilip did a great job and was very professional. He was also very safe wearing a mask during the entire job. The job wasn’t as easy as anticipated of just a TV swap. Dilip had re-mount the bracket in order for the new TV to fit properly over the fireplace. No problem for him and he actually corrected the improperly installed mount from the original install. Great job overall and I will be looking for him to do additional home theater work for me in the future.

We had an Orbi mesh system installed for wifi dead zones. They also were able to fish some cables through the wall for no show connection. Finally they installed an outdoor antenna so I can get local channels since I have got rid of cable TV service.

Our first experience with Dilip (Frequencies, USA) was to assist my wife’s dad, who is in an assisted living facility, with his TV/remote. He was having issues turning on the TV, accessing cable, changing channels, etc. We were ready to spend $$ for a new TV to fix the problem as we had run into a dead end trying to fix on our own. Didn’t take Dilip long to figure out what the issue was: sun shining through the window was interfering with the signal from the remote â closed the blinds, end of story. Feeling good about his honesty, we had him stop at the house to see if he could address several issues we were having with our entertainment systems (last service company really took advantage of us). We had sound issues in 1 area of the house (he solved quickly) and other problems with our main house systems (he solved quickly too). He could have sold us on the need for a bunch of new equipment/state of the art, but felt our system worked adequately based on our needs. Our last service company upsold us 5 years ago on stuff we probably didn’t need when they came to service our systems, highly recommend Frequencies, USA!
